Project for the construction of a Single Family House type T3.

The building, whose program is presented, intends in a correct and pleasant way, to respond to the intentions expressed by the applicant and to the characteristics of the land for such a claim, so we judge the architecture project in order to obtain the proper approval. The architectural solution found for this project had as a requirement the use of lines of a contemporary and modern and appealing character, using modern and noble materials, inviting to the eye, there are large spans that allow better natural light and better thermal utilization in its interior as well as the contemplation of the surrounding views from the inside. In terms of the exterior aspect, and following the aforementioned, it was sought that the project guarantees a perfect integration of the house in the landscape. This integration was obtained not only through careful volumetry but also through the materials to be used, whose choice was necessarily quite careful.
