Single family type T3. It is a detached house and a distribution is planned in line with the applicant´s needs and pretensions.
 
The building, whose program is presented, intends in a correct and pleasant way, to respond to the intentions expressed by the applicant and to the characteristics of the land for such claim.
 
The architectural solution found for this project had as a requirement the use of lines of a contemporary and modern and appealing character, using modern and noble materials, inviting to the eye, there are large spans that allow better natural light and better thermal utilization in its interior as well as the contemplation of the surrounding views from the inside.
In terms of the exterior aspect, and following the aforementioned, it was sought that the project guarantees a perfect integration of the house in the landscape. This integration was obtained not only through careful volumetry but also through the materials to be used, whose choice was necessarily quite careful.
 
The villa will have the following characteristics:
 
Corresponds to a T3 type single family house.
The building is developed on two floors (ground floor and floor),
The floor of the threshold level comprises the garage, living room, kitchen and w.c. and will have an interior vertical communication with the upper floor. The floor above the threshold includes the intimate area consisting of 2 bedrooms with a common toilet and a suite with a private toilet.
The main entrance to the house is established from the side facade
The kitchen will have a direct connection to the outside of the house.
The garage will have capacity for two light vehicles and will have direct access to the exterior of the house.
 
The dominant finishing materials will be:
 
Exterior masonry in ETIC’s with a light colored sand finish.
All roofs will be flat and not accessible and will be covered with a “sandwich” panel based on lightened slabs, with thermal insulation.
The balconies will be covered with tiles.
The access floor to the garage will be in granite cubes based on a tout-venant cushion.
The frames will be made of brushed natural aluminum. The system for obscuring the outer spans will be established through an external blind.
  
Other Infrastructures:
 
Water Supply Infrastructures - the connection to the existing public network in the street will be made.
Wastewater Drainage Infrastructures - the network will be connected to the street.
Electricity Distribution and Telecommunications Infrastructures - will be executed from the respective existing networks at the site, so the supply of electricity will be in accordance with the project to be prepared in due course.
Rainwater Drainage Infrastructures - connection to the grid in the street cannot be made, as they do not exist.
